Love grabbing coffee here. It's a nice and convenient spot and the service is great everytime. That's being said I have waited a while before getting a drink a few times, but the drinks have all been delicious.

Nice location! Clean and tidy! Very fresh items!! Three young men were working when I went in and they were very polite and professional. Would recommend for handling those sweet tooth cravings!

I rarely leave bad reviews but I come here often because it’s close to me and it’s easily one of the worst staff i’ve ever dealt with. they take forever answering drive through and recently they just didn’t do it at all and when we went inside they stood there talking, walked to the back where we could still see them, continued talking and laughing for a few minutes before they finally sent someone out there to barely speak to us and make a sad coffee. overall management needs to do some serious work here, there’s a difference between a labor shortage and poor, untrained staff that doesn’t care. this isn’t a one time situation either, i’ve encountered maybe one employee that actually does her job.

Drive through order board posted $3 iced latte but cashier said they were no longer that price, the board was broken and the price was $4 something. I demanded the advertised price, so the manager met me at the window and said may I help you...I'm like no. She asked if the app had the $3 price and it did. So, I was able to get the deal. But, even if I did not have the app, I would still expect the advertised price. Paper and tape still works to cover the wrong price! It saves the customer and workers on stress. But, the latte and egg bagel bites were delicious!!

Unfortunately many franchisee locations ignore Google Guide request to update their information and thus leads to confusion and unhappiness for customers.
