After searching for months for a new expedition I found one at Wyatt Johnson Ford with the help of Josh! He was very patient with me through the entire process. Even through me changing my mind multiple times, and ultimately wanting an entirely different one. He was persistent in making sure I was happy until the very end. He wasn’t pushy at all, and I genuinely had an amazing experience. I would 100% go back to Wyatt Johnson Ford, and go back to Josh to buy another vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership.

We had a wonderful car buying experience at Wyatt Johnson Ford in Nashville. From start to finish, we felt well taken care of. Tom was a terrific person to work with and walked us through the process with kindness and expertise; we never felt rushed or pressured from any of the staff. Casey was also so nice and helpful when we first reached out about the vehicle we wanted. JT in financing was awesome as well! Very patient and kind when walking us through all financing, warranty info, etc. Everyone that we were in contact with was so personable and put us as ease in what can be a stressful experience. Everything was very straightforward about the car and we never felt let astray. We will absolutely be customers again whenever the need arises for another vehicle. Thank you Tom and Wyatt Johnson Ford for such a pleasant car buying experience!

I placed my order on 6/21/21 to finally get a ford truck that is affordable and just the right size small truck. I have always wanted a ford ranger since I was 16 and never could afford it and I figure this is my chance to get this very affordable hybrid ford (basic model) only thing I add was drop in liner totally worth it 4/23/22 the sales guy text me out of the blue Hi Katie, this is Brady with Wyatt Johnson Ford. Great news! You’re Maverick just arrived! Can you come in tomorrow??? Heck ya I be there 💯 I have never own a new new car off the lot so Brady help me from beginning to end and answer all my questions and took time to let me drive it and go over the hybrid truck had it clean and ready to go Wyatt Johnson ford you just made this gal dreams come true to get a brand new 2022 blue maverick I love everything about it

Alfredo did a great job, was super friendly and was able to answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend him! Upon completion of the purchase I noticed a couple small things with the truck and had to get Jason pulled in. It looks like all of my concerns are being taking care of swiftly. The way Wyatt Johnson has handled these issues has only contributed to a great customer experience thus far.
