When it comes to getting stuff done…it will get done. Emergency, issues with the apartment and etc. Thank you Cobblestone!

Rachel was awesome! She was dedicated to helping us throughout the entire duration of our moving in process! She was great at giving helpful tips and advice. It’s my first apartment and she the made the experience for my roommate and I stress free!

It’s the roaches that’s the problem get told they will put you on weekly spraying and then turn around a couple days later and say you have to request it. Don’t rent from here. They won’t take care of the problem. It’s getting ridiculous that I have asked them multiple times and it’s always a different answer

No, it is free to apply for an apartment with SMARTLEASING! After you are approved, you will have the option to pay a reservation fee to hold your apartment.
Not sure on the actual credit requirements but as long as you don't have any evictions you should be okay. For income they would like 3x rent. You also must take into account valets trash, renters insurance, water and electric (separately), and pet fees if you have pets. Hopefully this helps and I wish you the best of luck!
The only fee besides your rent is if you have a pet they charge an additional pet rent usually 15$ more a month. One other item to consider at cobblestone is upstairs apartments are quieter than the downstairs apartments. Besides that great place to live.
