I rarely take the time to write reviews, but feel the need to do so in this case. I have been working in the design profession for several years, and I learned that one of the most important aspects in any type of project is to have an empathetic, patient and honest relationship with all of the people involved. I had the very unfortunate experience to be on the receiving end of a very dishonest, disrespectful and wholly unprofessional staff at The Tile Store in Tenleytown in Washington, DC. As a result, and as a person of integrity, I am posting a Caveat Emptor review to this business. I will never do business with them again, and I will furthermore never recommend their services.

Amazing Tile selection with a beautiful showroom.

Wonderful displays of showers and bathroom sinks. Many different tiles available each clearly marked with the price per square foot. Loved it.
