We recommend that you never use this dentist. My husband had dentures that were under warranty for seven years. We made an appointment and specifically said we need a soft alignment under our warranty. They never said there would be a charge for it they never said it wasn’t under warranty. They charged us $260 for x-rays and then wanted to charge almost $1000 more for the work to the dentures. They were incredibly uncooperative and rude to deal with

Aspen Dental made it impossible for me to be seen for an emergency. When I tried to schedule online, it directed me to call because I was not a new patient. No one answered the phone during regular business hours, so I left a voicemail but did not get a return call. I called again and was offered an appointment over a week away, which was too far out for this issue. The person scheduling didn't seem to grasp the urgency of the matter. Also I told two different people there over the phone that I had a certain savings plan, yet no one mentioned to me that the office stopped accepting it in April until I was there in person.

I went to Aspen because my other dental office closed. My first visit, the exam, everyone was super friendly. I had to go back and had Anita. She was super kind & friendly. She made me feel like I was (and I for sure was) in good hands with her & Dr. Ali. They both truly care about what they do & it shows. Thank you to both of you guys!

I made a new patient appointment online months ago for today. My appointment was for 8:45, I arrived at 8:30 and had already completed my paperwork online. The front office staff were wonderful (only reason why its not 1 star). I had a question and they worked quickly to get it solved. 9:15, I get called to go back (after 3 patients with appointments after mine and arrived after me were called). I’m taken to X-rays. Why? No idea. I had them done last year and made sure those records were sent over last week. X-rays are good for 3-5 years. Whatever. But then she tells me they don’t have time for a cleaning… what? That’s what I’m here for? Doctor comes in, says open wide and looks for, I kid you not, 20 seconds or less. “See ya in 6 months”. I know, based on last year’s X-rays, there are areas to pay attention to, but I guess it’s not worth his time. So the assistant checks my gums, asks if I want a “walk-in” cleaning, and I say yes, that’s what I’m here for. She says the tools aren’t sterilized and I need to wait a bit. Ok, sure. (How am I one of the first appointments of the day and your tools aren’t sterilized?! How am I a new patient appointment - definitely not a walk-in, and you’re making me feel like an inconvenience asking for a cleaning?!) 2 hours past my appointment time, I have to go to work. So I leave. No cleaning, just X-rays that weren’t thoroughly examined and that I didn’t need. Not even a goodie bag with a new toothbrush. I’ve never been to a check up that didn’t do a cleaning. Not sure what kind of clinic this is, but this apparently isn’t the place to go for regular care.
