The delivery team cannot haul away old furniture, as they cannot place old furniture in the same truck as new furniture. Instead they can move old furniture to another location on the same lot i.e. a garage, other room, curb, etc.
You can order yardage of fabrics. It will take some time to come in, but it is possible.
