I didn't have the same experience as others, Dr Sood is fantastic! My father had him as well and his decision making was impeccable due to my father's underlying issue. When I was in their office, they were continuously having a large volume of calls.... Maybe If you don't reach them, drop by their office.

Overall, the staff was really nice when I went (only 2 visits). My main complaint is them lying about copay. When I scheduled my first appointment, I asked the lady if there would a copay. She said no and that if I had to pay anything, they would send a bill in the mail. That was a lie. I got there for my first appointment with them and they told me it was going to be a $40 copay. The lady should have been able to tell me this over the phone when I asked. Today, I had my follow up appointment after my endoscopy procedure. They gave me a portal to sign into so I could see all my paperwork etc. The portal said nothing about a copay. I asked the lady at the front desk about it (older lady with gray hair and glasses), she said it’s my responsibility to ask about the copay. Well, I asked the first time I knew I had to come and they told me there wasn’t one. I should be able to dispute the charge just for miscommunication alone

The wait time was 20 minutes. Spent like 5 minutes getting my weight and BP checked. Then waited another 10 minutes for the doctor which lasted all of about 8 minutes. Then spoke with a clerical person to schedule my procedure and she went over pre-procedure information. Spent more time with her then I did with the doctor.
