I have on video! My sister had and appointment at 9:40 am. She had to wait for over and hour for her so called Eligibility person to call my sister. After 11 am they never called my sister. I called the Director Ms Janee to express how long we had been waiting. I told her, I give this location and F for how they had treated my sister. The Director said " R u still here " ? The Director said, I thought you were gone". I said, "No, we r still waiting to been seen by your Eligibility Specialist. " The Director said, I will put you back on the list. The Director came to the front desk and told my sister... She can come to the back but I couldn't. I decided to record and video the conversation. I was upset because I took it personal because my sister was there for and hour and half. After the Director unprofessional behavior it was best we leave. The Front desk was Awesome but management need to be do like the bible say, Treat others like you want to be treated. After, looking at Chase Brexton Mission Statement.. Management nor the Eligibility person fail today in serving my sister. It was no excuse for my sister to wait for and hour & half because they got upset with me for questions how long it took for them to service my poor ill sister.
