It's fine for the most part. A little much on the rent and wish they had recycling around here. Maintenance is slow sadly, not blaming though since we only had Thomas here by himself for so long till recently with one other new guy. Hope they get more people soon to help out Thomas. Also not sure how often they do pest/bug control that we pay for monthly but I've only ever seen them doing it once I think in the past year. Update: I've lived here since July 2020 and it is now March 2022.my rent was 1230 upon moving here and is now at 1309. Now they want to charge more at 1548 once my lease is up come June. I just wanna leave this place... Update june 2022: I left. Found a place and pay less then what i payed when I first moved here. A nice place and they don't raise prices like this, they have maintained their prices for the last few years.

Maintenance team is Great!!!... I placed my work orders and they came out and fixed Everything. Still waiting on the carpet but they said it's coming, so I'm ok with that. Update: Carpet was installed and maintenance even came to fix the sharp staples under the carpet. Now the place is perfect. Thanks Update... So my kitchen door was broke, it came off the tracks and I couldn't get it back on... I placed my work order... And a couple of days later, I came home from work and not only was the door fixed... But it was working better than before...Sliding with ease... All I can say is The Maintenance Dream Team has done it again... Thanks Ya'll 😊
