I can't believe I didn't know about this place. Every time I'm in Blue Ridge, I'll go here. We ate appetizers, cajun popcorn which is fried crawfish and a smoky fish dip. Sat outside by the water with a Pomegranate Mimosa. Perfect day. Looking at food being delivered to other tables, I was salivating. Great start to a trip thru the Smoky Mountains.

We had a great meal (cajun noodles, and steak) the service from Katrina was the best. She made up for the horrible service from the guy at the bar with no personality and an attitude. Get the pecan pie!

4+++ The atmosphere and setting is a 6. Often when you travel you give up taste and selection for atmosphere and ambiance. Not here. I really enjoyed my Shrimp Poor Boy and the appetizers. I would say the food is a solid 4, the experience also lifts everything. You won’t have a bad meal and you will enjoy the view and atmosphere. Go! Try it out! The entire experience food and all is worth selecting Taccoa Riverside Restaurant.

The rustic decor may fool you into thinking this place is a dive, or nothing special. You’d be wrong!!! We got the pimento cheese bake appetizer, I got the catfish, and he got smoked rainbow trout. The fish was cooked to perfection and the veggies ordered on the side were incredible- not at all over done. Even though it was summer time and hot, we sat on the covered patio area and had a beautiful view of the river. A fan was going to keep us cool. I highly recommend and look forward to returning again someday soon!

I enjoyed my wine there. Great meal...great service!
Couldn't care who the owners are. Great place to eat. Wierd question?
Don't know. Might want to call to find out.
Alcohol sales in fannin County vary according to incorporated vs unincorporated parts of the county. In the incorporated areas, Sunday sales are allowed in the evenings. In the unincorporated areas, they aren't. To be certain you should give the restaurant a call.
Just beer and wine for the moment...
I would imagine so to be on the safe side, I would at least call and ask. You wouldn't believe how busy this restaurant can get. The food and service are both great there.
No problem. Just be sure to call 24 hours ahead to be safe.
