We checked the online app three times and it said no wait. When we got there there were people backed out the door. We were told the computer system needed to be updated. We were told that we would have a 35 minute wait but that turned into a wait of 1 hour and 45 minutes. We had a party of 8 and there were parties of 7 that went ahead of us 3 times. We were so disappointed. We were not apologized to. We were not compensated for our inconvenience. It was a very disappointing experience. The food was cold. The service was slow. I would recommend that you find another steakhouse to visit. The manager didn’t apologize. We were very disappointed. Go somewhere else. There are other places that will be far more satisfactory than this place.

We sat at the bar by choice, not because it was crowded. This Longhorn like several others I've visited recently needs to be cleaned up. I could barely see myself in the mirror behind the bar. If you aren't keeping up simple appearances it makes me question the cleanliness of what I can't see. The two stars are for thr food which was good. The service was nonexistent. We had our order taken, drinks delivered fairly timely. Once our food arrived then we were on our own. Bartender made numerous trips by us. She never questioned our empty glasses which she obviously saw since we pushed them toward her. Busy was no excuse. It was very slow that day. I'm assuming thats why all the help had time to gather at the door to the kitchen by the bar, and had time to discuss someone literally getting "crabs". I never did understand if it was the actual employee who contracted "crabs" or someone else. I started to get up and go ask our bartender for refills and info since she was over there. Please clean up your restaurant literally...And in more ways than one.

The service was pretty fast. The portion of my appetizer was a lot bigger than expected. Food was pretty good as well.

Excellent experience. My wife and I both had steaks, she with the sirloin, I with the ribeye, both perfectly cooked, reasonable wait time, and our waitress was very attentive. Will most definitely be back.
