My name is Ms. Denise Clairesa Falzoi My 1st & only experience with "Once Upon A Child" in Ellicott City, MD was GREAT 😃👍! I brought in a small bag of children's clothing & shoes ... Left with $34! I plan on returning today with a much larger bag & I hope to earn even more! The people who work there are VERY nice, friendly, knowledgeable & actually have good customer service ethic!! I don't have children albeit, have lots of friends who "give" me bags of children's & babies clothes and stuff. I wash, dry & iron everything & I don't think I return with much of the whole lot I bring!! Thank you ''Once Upon A Child" for having such a wonderful store. I recommend you to friends with grandkids, children & especially, babies. IF I had kids, I would most definitely shop there all the time! *Call1st if selling!!

Love this place! Great sales and i have found some great like new kids and babies items. Only thing is I wish this place had a bigger selection of older kids clothes!

Not a fan of this location or the goodwill smell it holds. When you try to sell them good quality or never worn stuff, then will low ball you. Also most of the shoes they sell are trash. Gambrils location is way better!

I’ve been going to this store since 2004 and since new ownership the prices have gone up extremely. The clothes are dingy . It starting look and smell like the goodwill. They aren’t friendly nor welcoming as previous ownership. The clothes, linty, full stains and not clean . Ownership needs to step there game up. Also if I’m spending over 50 you need to give me a bag it’s becoming ridiculous.

There isn't one in white marsh, currently. There are 3: ellicott city, glen burnie, and gambrills. I prefer the one in gambrills!
No you can go anytime, but the earlier the better. if they get too many people that are bringing in clothes they will shut it off early.

The store's inventory varies depending on what they have come in. I'd recommend calling ahead to see what they have at the time if you are looking for something specific.
Yes, but don't expect much. Also, it has to be clean and in boxes, not bags. If you take it in early in the day, you have more of a chance to get it seen.
