Made our appointments for Oct. about 3 months in advance (July), had our dental records forwarded to FL from PA, went through filling out all that paperwork. Then we're told the day before our appointment, they will NOT do a cleaning on the 1st visit, so we canceled our appointment. Now we have to wait until Jan 26th for our new dentist. We NEED a cleaning!! They said they need the 1st visit to determine what type of a cleaning we need. Sounds scammy !

I am the emergency contact on an account of an adult client of theirs. Aspen Dental keeps sending me their bill and REFUSES to stop. They even told me they will report ME to the credit Bureau if I don't pay it!! UNTHINKABLE!!

No they don't but they have a good referral and they are amazing.
I am a patient of Aspen in Yulee Florida. I do not know what insurance they do take. I had just lost my insurance and paid cash. I will tell you that the cash payment I made was almost as much as the copay had been on my previous insurance with my previous dentist. I will tell you that I have never been happier with any dentist in my life. My last dentist before Aspen was a really upscale very high class private dentist and although they were very nice and it was a very pleasant place I was not happy with my results after many visits. When my denture failed and I needed a new one I chose Aspen and they worked with me and we're very personal with me and gave me exactly what I had been wanting all along. I could not recommend them any higher than I am now. It was a big deal 6 years ago to have all of my upper teeth pulled and have a denture. No one seemed to understand that I wanted to look and feel like I used to. Aspen really understood and made me the perfect plate. Highly recommend.
