At this point in time I could not recommend anybody buying a house from prestige. I have now been occupying my house for 7 months, and they still have not finished the exterior trim work, addressed the punch list items, or respond to me. My house also is not level, (which I told them about,) this morning I spilled some coffee and it all rolled all the way across the kitchen and under the stove. Save your money and shop somewhere else. I'll be happy to update this review when they address my concerns.

Rude! Don’t waste your time at this place of business. Walked into the office and the guy just stared at me. I had to start the conversation. When I asked about a certain model he said it was not on display and I could order one if I wanted. Well I don’t want to order something I can’t see. He just looked at me again and I walked out. No help at all. I recommend going down the street to Yulee Mobile homes. Totally different experience and the nicest people you would ever meet.

Waste of time! We went in with our adult children, looking for mobile homes as we bought a large chunk of land and want our children o move on the property with us. The salesman was uninterested and when we asked if we could look at the homes, he said, "No, they are all locked". We were looking to purchase 5 homes! You are not interested in a 5 home sales?!?!? That's ok, we took our business elsewhere! Not worth your time because they do not care at all about customer service. I only gave them one star because it wouldn't let me post without giving one!

My mother and I went in to ask questions and look at homes, but the guy was not interested. We told him we looked at some good priced home plans that were hanging up, and he suggested a really cheap home in a disbelieving voice. He said he had to go and get his keys, but ended up leaving and chatting with a guy in one of the homes. We left because he did not seem interested in talking about homes, and did not come back. I do not suggest going to Prestige, they are uncooperative, judgy, and apathetic.
