I recently bought both a trencher and a concrete mixer for my bobcat and when I got there I met Martin. Martin was extremely nice and helpful and explained to us the entire process of where we need to go and what we need to do. All the questions we had he answered right away and when we asked him to inspect a few more things we wanted to purchase he showed them to us. If you ever go to RB auctions at perris california and have any questions look for Martin he is extremely knowledgeable, has a great attitude, and will gladly help with anything you need.

Shout out to Martin. Guy definitely deserves a raise. The water bottles they supply were out , Martin went and looked for me to give me some cold ones . He also gave me a ride back when it was time go !

Probably the worst customer experience I have had in a very long time. I gave them two stars rather than one because at least they sold the items. But with fees and percentages (that the sales rep never told me about when he contacted me by phone) they took half of the proceeds of the auction. The buyer and sellers better read the contract very closely and not listen to what the sales rep tells you (mine was no longer with the company when I contacted them shortly after the auction). There were many hidden fees in the small type that I was never informed of until settlement came and my jaw dropped. Ritchie Brothers charged me for a battery to replace the brand new one I put in the day before I drove the truck to the auction. They verbally promised to add detail to the posting in the auction book to help fetch a higher price. Those things never were incorporated. It took hours in line to drop off the items for sale because of lack of training and oversight to their employees at the gate (are they all temps hired just for auction days?). You should also be aware that they charge the buyer and the seller registration fees...because they can...not because they should. Don’t bother waiting for a return phone call to answers to your questions as to their charges. It is probably best to leave this place for the biggest companies just dumping their stuff. It is not for small companies where time and money are meaningful to you.

Hi Sabrina. Its in March, but rather than give you the date, I think it's best for you to go on their website. There are many things that you need to familiarize yourself with before bidding on the auction. For instance, it's all being done online because of covid.
The next auction is December 11th that is open to the public. If you want to put an item into the auction feel free to call mon - Friday 8-5 or stop by
