HIIT Factory is a must if you enjoy boxing!! Just started here about two weeks ago and I’m loving it! The coaches are amazing! Joanna and Melinda have both been very helpful to me and encouraging! It is definitely a team environment, so that is very nice. I highly recommend trying this place out! Membership is well worth it!

Yes we offer Rock Steady classes every Tuesday and Thursday from 1:30-2:30 and 2:30-3:30 We also offer a Wednesday 10:30 am class. If you want further information please do not hesitate to call or text me at 830-446-9294.
Yes we start at age 7.
No they will provide them for you the first class. After that, yes you can buy them there. I highly recommend Title Boxing, I've been going for over 2 yrs 😁
