Inquired for some simple planting work done for my yard via call, their phone operator takes down my info gives me a date where estimator will come to assess the cost of the job, they give me a date of tuesday with no time expectancy. Tuesday rolls around and no sign of estimator, I call back and they have no clue about who I am. At this point we reschedule, date rolls around and the estimator is prompt and on time. Was able to assess the job in a matter of minutes and said I should expect them to email me a quote. A month out and no quote. Me being considerate of the time of year (potentially peak season) I give them the time to reach out to me. Bad decision as I’m here a month and a half later and this company would not even let me know that they can’t take on the job. There’s a level of professionalism I expect when working with any company, as I deal with hundreds a year with my Funds Management company and construction company, one thing for certain is I will not be using Dragonetti or recommending them to any of my clients. If you want to deal with professionals who communicate this isn’t the place. *Side note I’m not one to pester so I only reached out about 3 times in a span of 1 month at no point did I hear back.

He was using the blower and blowing it all over the cars and intentionally letting all the dirt on all the cars ! Very angry workers !!!trust me I watched from my building window and there was a car parked with their windows down and all the blower dirt went in the car while 2 people were I. The vehicle and they intentionally parked a distance away !

That have a wide array of indoor and outdoor plants, trees, flowers etc. and supplies for landscaping….with very reasonable pricing.

We had a great experience working with Chase at Dragonetti on our outdoor terrace design. He created a spectacular environment of roses, hydrangeas, lavendar, trumpet vines and succulents on our 7th floor terrace. All of the gardening was done in containers and terracotta pots. He transformed our high rise terrace into a truly wild, fragrant and beautiful green oasis that is full of gorgeous color. I'll be using their services next spring as well. Highly, highly recommend Chase and Dragonetti.
