Every time I come here the workers are so rude and miserable, they get bothered when asked for help and reply nasty. The place is dirty and run down. So many post offices to go to instead this one. Avoid.

If I could of put zero star I would. My 2 day shipping package took a week and still couldn't get. They said they attempted delivery at 3h40am on a Saturday who does that. when I went to the office the same Saturday they told me my package was at my local post office in Cliffside Park meanwhile I live in roselle and never live in Cliffside. When I ask to speak with a manager the manager told me to go to Cliffside and get it myself when the adress the package was supposed to be delivered is in roselle. She was rudeeee I end up leaving without my package. Worse of the worse.

I had a package coming in from China. The package was picked up by USPS and was supposed to get delivered. Instead the postal service sent me a text telling me I need to pick it up. I called the Roselle post office with a direct number. No one answers the phone. Worst service ever!
