This hotel was the definition of average. We stayed on a last minute weekend getaway to Chattanooga and it was reasonably close to the waterfront and activities we wanted to do, but was oddly tucked away on an industrial type frontage road. Front desk staff was efficient enough and we got a decent sized room but the whole place needs a thorough cleaning, a coat of paint and some new furniture. Peeling caulk in the tiny bathroom, odd stains on furniture, banged up walls. There was garbage in the hallway outside our room the entire weekend. But it was quiet enough in the room and the AC got ice cold. I think some renovations and attention to cleanliness would help this place a lot.

The staff was very nice which I find very important. However, the room was pretty dirty. I don’t think the sheets were cleaned because there was a few stains on them, fuzzies, and other peoples hair. I was itchy in the hotel ever since laying in the bed, we checked for bed bugs & there was nothing. I figured i was itchy just because I was paranoid about it being dirty thinking about bugs. But i have been itching since & it has almost been a week since I’ve checked out. Kinda scared. There was a few damages to the room but none of it concerned me as much as this itching.

Pretty much between a "3" and "4" star rating. The room was clean, with the exception of a dirty wash rag sitting on top of the shower curtain, missed by the cleaning attendant! The door to the room was warped and very difficult to open/close! The beds were comfortable! The decor of the room was a little tacky. The staff were exceptional..friendly and accommodating! The value was good!

I am loving the decor. It is promoting cleanliness with its hardwood floors in the rooms and the very clean linens. The modern design is colorful and cheerful. They had a great pool which my grand children loved. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking lot was well lit so I didn’t fear that my cars would be broken in. It is conveniently located to pretty much anything you can think of. They are complementary products were very high-quality and their bathroom was very clean and well it. I will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.
