This place is a disaster, staff don’t know how to provide customer service or handle food. This staff member should have all this so called hair up in a hat, should not handle any one’s food order. Dinning area hasn’t been cleaned off, looks like since lunch.

The food was not the quality we've come to love from Jacks. They were out of chicken legs and the breast had zero flavor or seasoning. The lobby was a mess, but I get it, everyone is short staffed. I can live with all of the above. What I can't live with is Fox news blaring on the TV. If you're going to have a TV blaring in a restaurant, it should be on something neutral, not the Fox News, nor CNN, nor MSNBC...none of that. I don't go out to eat to listen to how terrible this country is. It was literally the most depressing meal of my life.

Last week around Thursday around one, I ordered a BIG BLT on your Texas toast buns. There was a long black hair and a fly inside of my food. I am very disappointed in what this location has turned into. The customer service has diminished, and I most likely will not be returning to this location. I am sorry to say but this restaurant does not know how to train its employees properly. There has also been repeated times where there is no manager in the building and the employees are scrambled trying to do every thing. Value your workers and actually train them correctly. Also repeated times where I’ve seen a guy employee on the sandwich table and I was seated and watching just only one person scramble to do everything. Very disappointed, this store has gone bad.

We had the chicken tender box with mashed potatoes and green beans. It come with 15 tenders, six biscuits, and 2 family sides. We enjoyed the come back sauce! A great deal fed my family dinner for under 25.00
