Putting aside the long wait times, every time I go here, I keep trying to get the Kung Fu Tea with black tea extra sugar and no ice, however there's always something they mess up. EX: ice, green tea instead of black tea and now no sugar even though I explicitly said the order right TWICE. No other Boba place I've been to has let me down and this drink should be the easiest to make on the menu. Not coming back here again.

First time visiting Austin, unpleasantly surprised by the incompetence of the staff. Literally just wanted to get some bubble tea without gluten and wanted some suggestion on toppings to go in there. I asked for advice or suggestions on a popular type of topping to put in my drink and the cashier lady was not able to suggest anything without gluten. She instead looked to her coworker who was sad looking and making the drinks for help but that lady did not seem to care. She walked over and pushed the menu to us and told us “anything that has gluten is written on it” and walked away. Thanks caption obvious. I asked her again if she knew any specific popular toppings or had any suggestions. She then looked at me and did not seem like she knew so I myself suggested some thing and she just seemed to agree it was a fine option to have. When the drinks were handed to myself and my boyfriend the third lady was dismissive. She looked down and didn’t even say anything to us and pushed the drinks towards us as we were near the counter and walked away. There are better places won’t be coming back.

Very clean place and amazing employees. Me and my cousin come here pretty frequently and this recent time we both asked for extra boba but in order for us to get what we wanted we would have to wait 10mins for them to make a new batch of boba. One of the girls let us know this and asked if we wanted to wait and we said no just regular amount of boba. And when our drinks were done she gave me a dollar as an apology for not having enough boba😭 this girl was so sweet and she really didn’t have to do that. She’s a very hard worker and is so sweet!

The clean lines and open concept makes this an ideal place to hang out with friends or sit and work. The Coffee Milk Tea half sweetness was perfect for an afternoon jolt. The service is fast and friendly. Staff all wear mask and are helpful when it comes to deciding what to order.
