Raised the parking fee for helathcare workers by 30% and citing that theres new management yet they have same old signs all over. Parked here, car running perfectly with a battery purchased 2 months prior to parking here, come back for my car and the car won't start lights wont turn on. All the garage did was throw their hands up as if the lights weren't left on, no help offered no boost offered

Here is the parking rate on May, 2021. Due to the COVID19, I have been asked to wait for my mother on Lobby floor. This is very good to other user.

Get there early alot of hospital traffic and patients looking to park but wait wasn't that long
