First time staying here and my last one that’s for sure. We got rob, they took all our stuff. We got there late and we really wanted to have a good night sleep. We did have a good night sleep but our surprise came later. very disappointed.

This is my second time staying at this LaQuinta Inn and Suites but it will be my last. I wasn't particularly after I stayed the first time and this time I'm even less happy with it. When I got to my room I had to replace a light bulb myself, the light over the doorway when you first come in doesn't work and there's no maintenance man around to fix it and the exhaust fan in the bathroom sounds like it's going to Rattle itself out of the ceiling. The elevator is also out of order so anyone staying on the second and third floor has to walk up. Then a scary thing was when I got in the pool I noticed that the light under the water was coming off the side wall of the pool and there were exposed wires. It kept making me think that I hope someone doesn't come on and flip a switch to turn the power on to that light. For the money I paid for this room I expected a better experience. The next time I come to Seguin I think I will stay at the Holiday Inn Express.

The bad: there was a roach immediately as we entered the room. I killed it. I didn't notify any of the staff. There were no other sitings of the pest the rest of the weekend. Figured it was just an unfortunate one off. Everything else was great. The room was tidy. The ac worked well. The location to nearby towns and highway access is great. There is a McDonald's, whataburger, and a burger King within a few hundred feet and easy to access. Free breakfasts! And pet friendly!

Awesome place to stay: friendly, kind staff. Rooms are well kept, happy pets allowed with a smile. Mia was especially awesome for helping return my lost phone! 10/5 stars here.
