Called for a tow and was told 6:30pm to 7:30pm. We waited until 7:50 and called. We were told by the agent that hadn’t heard from the tow truck driver and didn’t know where he was. I cancelled the tow because I had invested too much time, especially for a tow that was going to cause me additional money.

Yes, they can. There are 3 different levels of membership with differing amounts of included miles. Road Service can tell the Member what type of membership they have and assist them with the tow.

Anywhere. Either online or at the office, but you need to buy it BEFORE you get stuck. Can buy and then call 5 minutes later. Well worth it, has bailed me out many times
Yes, you pay for the battery on site, this Includes instilling and disposal of your old battery.
