This store is great. I spent hours trying to get my laptop working to no avail, so I took it to uBreakiFix in Scarsdale. They called me later saying that they got it to work and that they didn't have to fix anything so they wouldn't charge me for anything. Really appreciate the honesty. My sister-in-law also took a tablet there in the past and got excellent service at a very reasonable rate. Definitely going back if anything breaks. Thank you uBreakiFix Scarsdale team!

They took care of my brother's laptop with amazing speed, and I enjoyed that they did not rush me out of the store. My brother worked with Pierre, and he was very pleased as well.
