My grandma had work done to her floors this past week and the contractors did a horrible job. They left her place a mess, left bubbles in the tiling, and messed up her outlets to the point where now her cable box no longer works because the outlets and now lose and unreliable. I tried explaining these issues to the building manager on behalf of my grandma as she is on little to no sleep cleaning up their mess, and the manager was rude and dismissive. During the pandemic she’s also been difficult to work with and created more issues than help for several residents. I am going to make a formal complaint as well
