I needed some assistance with a foreign probate of a will. I was at a loss for whom to contact. The Simon & Gilman website offered free advice. I spoke with Barry Gilman; wow I was so nervous. Barry talked with me for over an hour, gave me some great advice, and I plan to rely on him to assist me with the conclusion of this endeavor. Thank you so much, Barry, for taking the time to sit with me, and listen to my concerns.

I'm not for sure, I know they do accident cases. But you can contact them and ask maybe they can refer you to someone who does.

If the transaction occurred outside of New York State, I would recommend that you contact an attorney admitted to practice in the state where the transaction occurred.
