There was not much in the way of discounted food offerings in the bar for Happy Hour which was surprising, since most places offer such incentives so that you will stay longer and order more drinks. There was no written Happy Hour menu. While the staff was friendly, they were not as attentive as they should have been, given that it was 5 o'clock on a weekday evening and there were only about 10 people in the entire restaurant. If management reads this, please ensure that staff is checking on tables. I'd also recommend that you have a printed Happy Hour menu with food promotions. While my experience was satisfactory, it was not at a level that makes me want to return anytime soon.

Went to the bar to have a drink and order dinner, thought it would be faster service then waiting for a table. Not! Our shoes stuck to the bar floor sticky everywhere! The bar surface was sticky. Menus stuck to the surface of the bar counter... Service was extremely slow but the bartender was busting his butt the best he could. They were short staffed. The salad Bar was not kept up with items. The potato salad was disgusting!! My meal was pretty good though, bourbon chicken breast (very small and thin) the glaze was awesome! Mashed potatoes were good if you like them cold. Broccoli was good. 2 stars because the chicken.. although small, was very good with the glaze. Not sure if I would return if I was in the area...

Ordered to-go…got the honey crunch chicken sandwich. I would’ve been better off going across the street to Chilis…or maybe even McDonald’s! Tiny patty and it was cold, tough, and super stale and they forgot the bacon. Took 1 bite and threw it out. 5-7 days for a refund too.

Our kids love going to our local Ruby Tuesday! The burgers are spot on. The food takes a little while to come out, but it's worth the wait!
