There are so very many thing you have said in your response to my first post that are absolutely wrong. But, I am not going to fight with anyone any more. So the pen works for you without leaking, great. So, you are all on the up and up, great. The phone message from the manager registered on my phone AFTER I had my "chat" with you, great. You think one way, I think another. Keep the pen because as your manager told me last night, I am not welcome in your shop, I won't be in to collect it.
