Saw a rental property and which was affordable. Emailed, which I got a response to. However right after that I didn’t get a response, so I called and I got ignored, called directly to the agent to only get a “Sorry, I can't talk right now”. Completely unprofessional

poor poor negatively poor customer service. Their websites of many many properties say to contact them for availability and guess what? no one is there to receive a single phone call. I have tried most of their properties atleast 24 times each and no one answers the call. I have emailed them and no one has replied. do one thing please! just put the price and availability online. saves a lot of money and precious time for people. ridiculous.
