Worst donuts ever. Extremely messy and sloppy. How the heck is the frosting going to be melted almost completely but the donuts cold? The color was off and didn't even taste like strawberry.

In their defense, the workers here are always very polite and apologetic. I want to like this location because it's very convenient where I work, so I've tried it about four times now. Every single time I end up with stuff that is not what I ordered. I use the mobile app and drive-through, and EVERY time they are out of whatever donut I pick, and they've only gotten my drink right one time out of the four. During lunch hours (12:30-1:00), with only one or two other cars in the drive through, it takes an average of 15 minutes to get through the drive through, even with ordering ahead on the mobile app.

The Covid safety practices are fine here. They're especially fine for a virus that has a 99.5% survival rate for anyone under 65. If you're older or immuno-compromised then you should be extra careful. If you're a young healthy person just make sure to wash your hands a lot and maintain cleanliness.

The Baker has Monday and Tuesday off so they cant make donuts and will run out quickly
