This location use to be good but I haven’t been in a very long time. I stopped by today. The staff was not friendly and everything was very dirty. I will never go back.

I normally like Moe's but we felt very unwelcome tonight. It was only 9 pm but the front door was locked, the lights were almost all off and all the chairs were on the tables. The manager said they close at 10 pm but the front door was broken so that's why it was locked. After we paid for our food, the employee at the register said the lobby was closed and we had to take our food to go. The owner needs to be aware that they will lose customers and profit due to the female manager on duty on May 25th.

This isn't the best run location. The staff seems unhappy, the register sometimes hangs (I specifically bring cash when going here knowing they may not have a working CC machine that day, floor tiles in the check out line are broken and noticably wobble when stepped on - these are small issues but makes you wonder how well the rest of the place is maintained. If this wasn't so convenient to my house I would go to another Moe's location.

This used to be such a great Moe's so it's sad to see where it is now. I can understand the lack of staffing with what we are all dealing with in todays world, but the clear lack of cleaning and care for the restaurant and the food quality is just hard to ignore. This last time I went, there was so much cross contamination going on with the spoons in the different items all the while the food you are being served is cold. Employees are straight up just messing up peoples orders and brushing it off. I sincerely hope this place can reevaluate its current situation and bounce back.
