NYC Health + Hospitals/Queens: Emergency Room

ER management needs to check there doctor and nurse how they treat there patients. Me and my wife speak English perfectly but they want a translator to translate. The attitude from the doctor and nurse is very unprofessional of them.

Been here since 10am and it's now 7pm! Doctor have not yet seen me this is ridiculous. Please avoid this place.

Very good hospital. Good doctors and nurses . Very responsible and caring and hard working. Also good encouragement and staff.

The emergency room apparently does not allow one support person in with an ill adult. My mother is vaccinated and they would not allow her into the emergency room to accompany my father (who doesn’t speak English very well). This is a pathetic excuse of an emergency room and the people who work here are absolutely inadequate. Take your loved ones somewhere else!!
