We had a bad experience a month ago and I sent a email and the manager called me and told me that if I was willing to come back they would give me a free meal. We went today and it was wonderful service and good food. Thank you Kris.

I am not pleased with my experience here. This was before Hurricane Ian. I am so glad I went to the beach and then breakfast before this devastating storm but really not happy at all with IHOP. Years ago it was a great place. Now I am very disappointed in the service and the food. The floors and table were dirty. Our server was not helpful. The ladies room was out of order but there was no warning sign... nothing that prevented me from almost walking into a bathroom full of water and sewage. There was a cone near the door I thought maybe employees were mopping. No...so disgusting especially so close to where people are eating. Ugh I would give it less than 1 star if I could. Negative star.

Always recommended for a breakfast visit! Currently, the pancakes garnished with raspberries and peaches taste really good to me!
