I called in to make sure they got my last payment on my court cost and the girl was very rude and would not pull it up said I had to call Jay pay well you work in the clerks office you want to know you cannot talk to nobody through JPay but you know what I pulled up my own information through the clerk of the courts and it showed paid zero balance I need your job sweetheart

If they are in a State of Florida prison, you should be able to do a Fl Dept of Corrections inmate search on the FDOC website. If they are in county jail, a phone call to the county jail should do the trick
