The room was fairly clean and quiet. No wow factor. Typical free breakfast from 7am to 10am. Great staff, specially the breakfast lady. (so sorry I did not catch her name)

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Treated with kindness and very understanding. My wife and I had to stay longer then expected and staff made it very easy and can't say anything but good things all the way around.

My stay was from 16-20 Apr 2022. Great location, many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Front desk staff provided outstanding customer service especially "Jen". I did not have room service for my four day stay despite asking a maid two times to clean my room. The room was small, pillows were flat and the mattress was very hard. No in-room microwave or safe. Computers and printer in common area where inoperable and according to the staff had been that way for some time. The hotel is overpriced for the quality of the room. Would not recommend this hotel.

Decent price for an overpriced area. Room cleanliness a pass but obviously there is not enough staff to do a proper cleaning of all of the room. Don’t expect a cheery welcome and lower your expectations. Area as a whole very pricy.
