The location was central to where we needed to be. Weirdly enough there is a bar on the side of the hotel. There were people sitting on the benches on either side of the entrance drinking beer at about 11 pm. This made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The service was okay. We asked for more blankets the first night and the lady was super nice. The second night we asked for more towels and the man at the front desk was rude. The tub is VERY slippery as a matter of fact my son slipped and fell while taking a shower. We won't be staying here again.

Entire property well maintained. Interior and exterior very clean upscale family accommodations. Brightly lit parking area, beautifully decorated lobby, friendly informative staff, updated renovated rooms, onsite dining available l for lite snacking to oh my gosh can't eat another bite menu selection and the food by the way is delicious.... Amazing place to just drop in or to stay as long as you wish while here in Henderson...

We checked into the room on 3/9/22 after a 15 hour road trip. The elevator was very shaky/jerky going up to the room and back down to the lobby. The room key had to be inserted into the door several times before it would unlock the door. The air conditioner didn’t work in the room and the front desk clerk got attitude when we asked for a refund. He didn’t want to refund us because he said this was his “ass on the line” in front of our 9 year old child. We don’t recommend this hotel and won’t be staying at any other Wyndham brands if this is how their hotels and staff are.

We have been here for a while & it's a very nice hotel the staff are kind & friendly. The place is very clean!!! We think you will like it very much. Great food at the Sundowners bar.
