UPDATE: Penny was amazing!! After letting her know we were disappointed in not having breakfast and some issues with the protective rails and bath mats, she went above and beyond to help out! 5 stars for Penny!!!

Have been trying to call for 2 days to have a question about maybe checking in a little sooner than 3 pm and the phone just rings and rings. Then it says the mailbox is full and is not accepting anymore messages. Called the 1 800 number for Best Western and they could not even get a hold of anyone at the hotel. Really makes me think this is not a good sign. Coming from out of town for a wedding and would like to be able to check in before the wedding starts at 4 since check in is not even until 3 pm.

We were there for a baseball tournament this past weekend a lot of our kids and parents stayed here bc we did last time we played at Franklin ranch as well. I know the employee have to deal with alot when this tournament are going on so I sympathize in that aspect but the night manager who was on duty on sept 18 needs to be retrained in customer service immediately. One of our players room had bed bugs all in the bed and when they went to the front desk to show them the video she replied with not sure what kind of bug that is but its not bed bugs. IF THERE IS ANY TYPE OF BUGS IN THE ROOM THAT'S AN ISSUE!!!! So they moved him and his family to another room to only have black mold and dust all over the bed from the ac unit. The manager was telling all of our kids she was going to kick them out constantly and I get it a bunch of rowdy teens can be loud but she could of handled her response a lot better. Our room was okay the hot water was poor and our comforter had brown spots all over it!!! We asked for extra towels and a blanket and she told us they didn't have any. We all had a great time the first time we visited this hotel but this last time was not worth the almost 200 dollars a night everyone paid for. Not happy with this stay or place.

Great hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast w/coffee. Our A/C in our room is amazing on a late July day, cold! Was here for baseball tournament, couldn’t have stayed in a nicer place, awesome staff members. I wish every hotel that we stay at for baseball tournaments was this accommodating. Our stay was great!
