Very disappointed!! I ordered a fish sandwich and when I got back to my hotel room, discovered the Fish was missing, buns only!! So when I had to go all the way back they took my bag to the back and when she gave it back I had to ask for a new order of hot fries, then this time I inspected my order and there was no tartar sauce, and when I asked for it, the mgr said I had to pay for it!! And after all the trouble, they didn't even offer me a free cookie or an apology from the mgr!!!

I bought a $5 toy for my 17 year old son. The manger said they were out, but didn't give me another one or a refund. THEN, I bought a different type of toy, for ANOTHER $5, and I STILL didn't get a toy, OR a refund. I was scammed out of around ten dollars. THEN they kicked me out of the play area, when there is NO sign saying 7 and under. Criminal, age-ist discrimination. Would not come back. If I do, I will leave a very brown 'toy' on your bathroom walls. At least one of us will get their money's worth.

I will never buy breakfast again at this location in Windsor before 6 a.m. They served us 2 McMuffins so dry we could barely swallow. Must have been under the warmer for hours. This was at 5:45 a.m. on 12-29-21. As we visit family a lot in this town, a 24-ht McDonald's would be great if their food was fresh. Must be hard to do. It's a small town.

Got there a little before 5 am on the way to bring a buddy to the SR airport. Only one young lady jumping back and forth between pay windows and food window(not a short distance). No gym membership needed for her. She did fine considering her predicament.
