Only putting 1 star because it’s making me, extremely trash customer service. You go in there with an issue and the whole staff gets an attitude with you. Nothing but knockoff vapes. Tried being reasonable with the faulty item they sold me and to have them try turning it around back on me says everything you need to know about this dump

I had a horrible experience. I spent about $20 on a Fume disposable vape with 2400 puffs. The next day it stopped working. The store told me they could only offer me a discount off buying a new one. That’s store policy. This is a warning for anyone who shops there. I wasn’t aware of this policy. With that policy in place, they shouldn’t have faulty products…

Definitely alpha smoke store around town. Staff are very knowledgeable and dont try to pull the ole car salesmanship. Prices are really good. Wide wide wide variety of vape and other supplies. Definitely worth the look. They have nearly a 5.0 they must be doing something right haha
