I’m not liking this new kfc, I was told no more two mashed potatoes which we always get. And I had to wait for everyone else to do their order before me. I went to get money out of the car like this other lady did. And I had to redo my order? How is that? I know what we always order.this one must be a new person.

Placed an order through the app. Made sure my contact info was correct, 30 min after i placed .y order i get to the speaker (lobby is closed for remodel) and tell them I ordered online. They inform me 1 of my items they didn't have. It was a free sandwich promotion so it was ok. I get to the window and they tell me they are out of mac n cheese which is literally the only thing in my order aside from chicken. They never tried to call me and even marked the order as "ready for pick up". I will never go back to this one. I will drive to extra miles to a better location.

Worst kfc I have ever visited. 1st time there they were out of chicken??? 2nd trip asked for 8 pc bucket. Got 1 breast 3 thighs 2 drumsticks and 2 wings. One was so overcooked you couldn't eat it. Asked for honey and got 1 small packet.
