Our dryer stopped working on us my mother in law called and had them come out to look at it and repair it she paid them 389 dollars and we've been waiting 3 weeks do them to come back and fix it they have set several appointments then just no call no show they don't answer their phones for us no more we now we r having someone else fix it and paying them half that price and not to mention they destroyed the back of our dryer so that has to be fixed also they r not professional don't waste ur time or ur money on this company they will rob u for ur money and never fix ur stuff. Call a and j Applianceinstead it'll cost u half of these scammers price and ur stuff will get fixed

Absolutely the worst experience with appliance repairs we have ever had. Showed up hours late for first appointment and then said they would be back in 3 days with part to repair. Ten days later they come back with the part and install and says the washer works after they ran it for 2 minutes. The next morning the washer would not run a whole cycle and we called for another appointment, said the diagnosis was different and that we needed another part for another 350.00- we bought a new washer for a little more than the $700 we would have had in repairing this one. They promised to come and get the washer and refund our money on the part they put in it and set up an appointment. They never showed up, have not returned our calls and basically screwed us. The washing machine was 4 years and the part they put in was the wrong part and machine did not operate. They offered to take part back but never showed up for the washing machine even though they scheduled the appointment- they just never showed. We did not ask for a refund- they offered but never followed through
