It is unacceptable not to take appointments for X-rays. I was the first person there when it opened and it took over 45 minutes to get back for the X-ray. They took two people with appointments, I assume, before me. Also, the X-ray tech said that they could not accomplish one of the X-ray views the doctor requested. Even though I have gone there for all my previous X-rays requirements and have never had an issue. I am not sure what changed there or if the doctor asked for a different X-ray this time.

I didn’t have to wait long so that was nice, but the man that did my MRI was not very nice. He was rushing and didn’t take the time, after asking, what my symptoms were, to listen. In fact he put the headphones on me before I could even finish answering his question, and I didn’t have a long answer.
