There is a lot of people upset with their so called FREE LIFE-TIME OIL CHANGES when you buy a vehicle. They stopped giving me the free oil changes a few months back, Lies,lies,lies. Their response was, "We are sorry". Stand behind what you promise!!

Ok, so I just called to make an appointment for an oil change (I just bought my vehicle Dec 2017) and a part of my warranty was free life-time oil changes along with life time tires. The girl I spoke with informed me after I made the appointment that the price would be $29.95. When I explained to her that I had the lifetime free oil changes, she stated that changed as of January 1st this year and was no longer being given. I said wait a minute, one of the reasons I bought my vehicle through Castle was because of this deal. She then proceeded to inform me that an email and letter were sent out notifying customers of this change, neither of which I received. The kicker, is that this will be my 3rd oil change this year, the first two of which were FREE. Now all of a sudden, months later, I am being told that is no longer an option? NOT COOL. The only thing she said was that she was sorry. Seriously?

Can your chevrolet dealership service my gmc and can I take my car in for service even if I didn't purchase my car at this location? I need a break job, suspension check, and oil change. I was also wondering do you service gmc diesel trucks?

I Recently visited castle chevy April 14 @ 10;30 am in villa park with a appointment for a oil change and when I got there the Manger Tony F as he called himself said it would take 3 hours before they can get to it. BROUGHT CAR TO OTHER DEALER.....
