I had terrible experience today in this place.I had to take two tests and make "drop off " of some samples. I have signed in as "tests". After one hour of waiting i have decided to take tests another day but at least I had to give them my 'drop off". They refused to take it because I have signed it as"tests" not "drop off". I have asked big lady:"So what have I to do now? To sign in again as "drop off" and wait again?" She has not answered me anything repeating:"I don't have any "drop off". I have dropped it in a garbage can on front of her in result. I am mad. For what have they put this woman on front? Is not she there to help people to avoid confusion and give explanations? Plus to these unpleasantness I forgot to take mask. I want to ask this laboratory: are they on Florida land? What is their right to demand mask? How long are they going to continue to follow satanic rules of CDC?! You better to clean your nasty dirty windows that make people to throw up.

I was nervous about using this location after reading many negative reviews. However, my experience was great! I waited 5 minutes for a scheduled afternoon appointment. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and my blood draw was easy and quick.

There is no construction for people's time. If you do not make an appointment, they simply make you wait forever. It's very sad that the employees just don't care.
