It was an impromptu stop for us and we had fun, but I wouldn't choose this place as a destination. I only had access to the coed bath house and the outdoor pool. The overall look of the place is outdated, but that could be somewhat charming, if one is seeking that type of atmosphere. The indoor bath is very small, we walked in with our kids and felt as if we were disturbing someone's privacy. The steam room was very basic and the garden hose hanging on the wall, did not help create a sense of comfort. The outdoor pool was heated, the water was murky, the overall look very minimal. You get a mix of views from the pool, the green hill on one side, which was nice and the old hotel building on the other side.

We just stayed the weekend with family and had a nice time. We were all pretty disappointed to not be able to enjoy the big parlor type room. It would have been nice to be able to relaxe and socialize together while enjoying the building. The water was great, food was good, we had a nice hike and I would stay again. Also, all the staff was very nice and helpful.

I love that the womens side has both a hot and cold pool, plus the sauna. I rarely ever go out to the outside (warm) pool but it's a wonderful view when I do!

Pools were awesome. Very hot and it was nice that we weren't restricted to just one towel. I wished they would've been open to guests later than 10pm tho. And possibly had cold bottles of water for sale The very first night I was there (I got there late after being checked in by others in my party) the manager was very rude to my daughter and I when we were down by the office. But it was peaceful, not overly crowded, & the few other guests I spoke with were very nice. The breakfast I would've rated a 5 out of 10. I will be returning, as I enjoyed the very hot water.
