THE PAY AT THIS PLACE IS $13 an hour no matter the experience. They are paying ALL in house staff more with the state money and half to their providers. This is why they can’t find caregivers to work. My 16 year god son works at McDonald’s and their paying $16 to drop fries but $13 to care for a behavioral individual is mind blowing. This company once was five stars but they have gone downhill this past two years. Please put the funds you recieve to pay your providers and not your in office parties and in house staff bonuses. I guess the less we get the more they keep in their pockets🙄

I’ve been with AZ Care Providers for over two years and the client I have is a wonderful little special needs kiddo. I have a beautiful rapport with the family and I love what I do. I’ve found the staff to be great with communication. If I send in an email, it’s answered usually right away. They get busy, can’t expect immediate response to phone or text or anything. Considering they ARE busy, I think they do a very good job of getting back to me. I did get a pay raise when minimum wage went up but I also get paid a higher rate for any HAB billing. That helps make a difference. I’m on SS and this job helps me supplement my income. I’m 66 and it’s not like I can just go out and find any job I want. I’m very grateful for this one. My client is nearby so I do’t have to drive an ungodly distance and it’s less gas, less wear and tear on my old car. I would recommend AZ Care Providers. None of the care providing jobs pay any better than this one unless you are going to a residential setting where you may work a night shift or have undesirable hours. I do wish, however, they would pay for our renewal certifications like CPR/First Aid, fingerprint card, that sort of thing. It’s the best company of its kind. I worked very briefly for another company that was completely unreliable when it came time to get paid. Left there in a matter of months. I give the company five stars.

I've been working for this company for approximately five years now communication is okay I like the staff Eva in a Mesa Office is awesome. This is a nice company to work with I haven't had trouble with any of the staff so far but then I deal mostly with Kelsey and Eva. People complaining about the low pay rate that's what you make when you care for special-needs individuals you don't get into this job to make money you get into this job to make a difference if you want to make more money go work somewhere else I hear McDonald's is hiring other than that don't put a company down for paying what the State's allowing them to pay.

Not only did I find the representatives at Arizona Providers to be accommodating, but they were very genuinely caring, patient and above all very friendly and kind. I was quite impressed and hope to work for this company in the not to distant future.
