The worst clinic to get an appt to see your Dr. Mine is the only internist at this clinic and the earliest I can get an appt is 6 months. This has been going on for more than 1 year. In addition, my internist isn't the best anyway. Therefore I will no longer seek medical care at this clinic and will pick a more competent physician at another Banner clinic. Wish this had turned out better as I live 25 or more miles from the next Banner clinic.

I have been waiting 3.5 wks for a prior auth for prescriptions for my type 1 diabetes. I've called 3x and the pharmacy called 4x. With the same run around every time saying they'd call me by the EOD Update 6/7/22. Got labs done on 5/23.. they are just NOW calling to tell me my pregnancy test is positive. Also, felt the need to call and tell me my a1c is good and I'm not diabetic HAHAHAHA WHAT?!?! I am a type 1 diabetic.. that doesn't just GO AWAY. I am on an insulin pump 24/7 and have a controlled life style to stay healthy. I am not sure why I am still with this place. Good thing I didn't listen to them and go off my meds.. I'd be severely ill if not dead. Update 9/13/22. I quit going to them because they kept claiming I didn't have appointments even though I had proof of the text confirmations and phone calls. Brought my daughters to the children's side today for their flu shots.. they both had an appointment. We waited 1.5 hours before a supervisor came to tell me they don't even have flu vaccine in clinic Update lol.. I have now received a letter stating they will not provide care to me because I am disrespectful and inappropriate(luckily i found a new care provider awhile ago). Don't advocate for yourself when you're fed up with being neglected apparently. Put yourself in my shoes.. would you not be a little irritable in those situations? All conversations were on the phone or email. So I have proof even though they claim they didn't talk to me 🤣🤣

Where they there for a pregnancy test...🤣🤣🤣
No, it is not a hospital. It is a multipractice medical clinic with doctors of almost every specialty available. They have an on site lab for usual blood and urine tests. They have an extensive network of physicians throughout the valley. I've received excellent referrals when needed.
Yes. As long as you can demonstrate an ability to pay. They can also direct you to some plans that might help.
No they won't take walk ins, you have to make an appointment.
Yes. They have one in the back in OB (not sure if it used on a regular basis). They also have radiologist there near the adult section on the right side of the building when you first walk in.
Not at this time
Hi Shelly, thank you for reaching out to Banner Health. For updates regarding vaccine rollout, we advise checking with your local state and county health department websites. They will be the ultimate authority in process information. Thank you.
I think dr bechill is
The lab in this Banner location closes at 4pm Mon-Fri , and 8am-12pm on Saturday.
Please, don't go to Banner Casa Grande. I worked there as a nurse. It is a risky place for healthcare. Unless Banner completely changed their ER and hospitalist physicians, and replaced 50% of their nurses, I'd NEVER stop foot in it. Go to Dignity in Chandler. Drive is about the same.....care is magnificent.
My wife sees Dr. Wendy Song, not saying she won't move on.
Hello! Yes, they are open from 8-1pm.
Yes.
Check with your doctor while you still have coverage. He may agree to write a script for a 90 day supply.
Your prescription should have been sent directly to your pharmacy. They only give paper prescriptions for controlled drugs now (opioids, benzos etc). You may want to call your pharmacy and see if it's there. Or call the doctor's office and ask them to send it to your pharmacy again. Best wishes.
I believe that the hours are Monday through Friday from 8-5
