Few things I would like to mention. First of all my initial booking was for 10 or 11 nights if I’m not wrong After one week my assignment was relocated so I asked the property front desk and the manager if I can get a refund for rest of the nights and they say no because it’s only weekly basis.Really! I have already lived for a week but still answer was no and no info was provided for corporate office. Secondly all EV parking spots were taken by the none EV cars, really so don’t come up with policies if you can’t impose. Finally the water in the shower was hot and when I asked they said they will fixed it but nothing still the same, beside that it’s was noisy with the animals and kids sounds all time.

I stayed at the hotel for a total of 58 days. There was a cleaning schedule that was not adhered to. During my second 30 days my room was serviced once during the first 20 days. I had to buy and spray my room with roach spray. I was afraid to cook in the room for fear of attracting more pests. I was keeping my food related trash in the freezer to further deter pests. If it wasn’t for the price which was paid up front and was non refundable I would have left.

Even though the room was suppose to be smoke free, it smelt of cigarettes and weed. The floor was grimy and sticky. I was told the internet was high speed, but I couldn't even open a web browser to get online. There were opened chocolate muffins in the cabinets that were starting to mold. I thought since I paid so much money for this room it would have been nicer, but it was the equivalent to a motel. Very disappointing, I will not be staying here again. Not to mention every day I was there the police were being called on customers. There were police kicking people out one night when I got back from school.

Staff was excellent but there were no luggage carts because they said guest must have them in their room. Definitely need at least 5 more for guest checking out. Hard to make 4 trips from 4th floor with all your stuff
