Really disappointed with my experience with the older gentlemen working the “self checkout” lane. I was trying to purchase the spinach artichoke dip that’s found in the deli section. There was no barcode which was super unhelpful, so I tried looking it up by name/image and there was nothing in the system. So I asked for his help in finding it in the system so that I could purchase it. He said “there’s no barcode. Go find one with a barcode”. I told him that that was the only container of the spinach artichoke dip that was left and if he could help me find it so I could purchase it, then that would be great. He said “you aren’t going to be able to find it in the system” and then took it from me and placed it on the stand by the furthest check out post. I then asked if I should go to an actual lane for some help then because I came all the way here to buy this specific dip. He said “there is no actual lane open”. How is that my fault? Why isn’t there anyone working an actual lane? Why couldn’t he have actually tried to help me find it in the system or say “hmm let me find someone that might be able to help”?? So I canceled my order and then left everything that I was about to purchase with him. What a waste of time. The other employees I came across were very helpful in helping me even find the dip. I was trying to get it for a work party. I have never been to this location and will likely not return.

Loved this place.. Has lot more variety in groceries... Just that we went that day the self check machine was playing up and had to call for help many times
